Commission Waitlist

Commission availibility will be visible on my Trello page and my discord server.
I advertise on my server first and foremost and only on other social media if there are leftover slots, which there usually aren't.If all available slots appear to be taken you can submit your name onto my waitlist (the link is on the front page of this carrd) and I will message you when I have a slot free of your preferred commission type :)

Ordering and Holds

You can claim a slot in my server or by messaging me when one becomes available. Once I have confirmed, you can send me a clear reference image, as well as the details for the specific commission, usually including themes, pose ideas, personalities, etc!Once you've claimed a slot on my server or another place, you can 'hold' it.
Holding a slot happens until I take payments. You can hold a design or a commission slot if you cannot pay for it immediately, but only for one week.
If you require longer than a week, or if the hold is for a slot that is worth more than $50, I will ask for a deposit of 1/3 the price. This deposit is taken off of the final price and is not extra but
IF YOU CAN NO LONGER PAY FOR THE SLOT, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK,
this is to prevent scamming and ghosting which has happened in the past.

Payments

I don't take payment until I am ready to begin your commission. I will send you a link to my payment page (Paypal), and once payment is sent, I will get started.Once you've sent payment, you should expect a sketch or update within a week and no longer; if there is a longer wait I will either not take payment immediately or I will inform you :)Refunds are available until the lining stage. A refund before any sketch is completed will be 100%, however if any work has been completed, the amount worth the hours of work completed will be removed (-£12/ $15 for every hour as per minimum UK wage).Tips are not required but are really appreciated!

Wait times and Updates

Timeframes will be different depending on times of year, and you will be updated on these don;'t worry!Currently the wait time for all commissions is a maximum of 1 month from payment to final piece, any longer and you will be informed and updated <3I will send updates and ask for approval at each stage of a commission and wait for confirmation before continuing. If you approve at one stage, but then ask for a change of it later (eg asking for a lining change using the colouring process) I will ask for a change depending on the extra time required (£12/$15 an hour extra as per minimum UK wage).

Ordering

When ordering a custom design, follow the same rules as ordering any commission!I would ask that you also include an inspiration for your wanted design, either a song/playlist, moodboard, description or anything else you'd like!

Design Credits

Please make sure to credit me as the creator on any sites you decide to post them to (e.g on Toyhouse Profiles) or when asked

Redesigns

Of course you are welcome to redesign any of my designs as long as I am still partially credited as the original creator.I am also happy to redesign both my own, and other artists characters (as long as their ToS allow it).

Resales and Value

Reselling my characters is of course allowed, but please do not sell them for higher than their value.
This includes the price of the original design price as well as the worth of any art they have collected.

Creating related designs

You are welcome to create designs inspired by my own. But I ask that you do not sell or retrade them separately from the original unless their design is clearly different from the original.I do not allow things such as 'breeding charts' and 'breeding slots' that use my designs.
