Commission ToS

Ordering and Holds

- Claim a commission slot in my server, I will then message you to confirm.- Once I message you, please send me a clear reference image (or detailed description if it is a design commission), and any poses, ideas or themes you have in mind- I accept 'holds' on commissions up to 1 month, but require a 30% hold fee, if you drop out of the hold, you will not have this money returned* Once you are ready to pay, you pay the final 70%.

Payments

- I don't take payment until I am ready to begin your commission. I will send you a link to my payment page (PayPal), and once payment is sent, I will get started.- Once you've sent payment, you should expect a sketch or update within a month and no longer; if there is a longer wait, I will either not take payment immediately, or I will inform you :)- Refunds are available until the sketch is finished. A refund before any sketch is completed will be 100%; however, I will use the pose sketch for other pieces in this case- Tips are not required but are really appreciated!

Wait times and Updates

- Timeframes will be different depending on the time of year, and you will be updated on these, don't worry!- Currently, the wait time for all commissions is a maximum of 6 months from payment to the final piece. After June 2026, this wait time will decrease- I will send updates and ask for approval at each stage of a commission and wait for confirmation before continuing.- If you approve at one stage but then ask for a change later (e.g., asking for a lining change using the colouring process), I will ask for a change, depending on the extra time required (£12/$15 an hour extra, as per the minimum UK wage).

Design Credits

- Please make sure to credit me as the creator on any sites you decide to post them to (e.g on Toyhouse Profiles) or when asked

Redesigns

- Of course, you are welcome to redesign any of my designs as long as I am still partially credited as the original creator.- I am also happy to redesign both my own and other artists' characters (as long as their ToS allow it).

Resales and Value

- Reselling my characters is, of course, allowed, but please do not sell them for more than their value.
This includes the price of the original design price as well as the worth of any art they have collected.

Creating related designs

- You are welcome to create designs inspired by mine that you own. But I ask that you do not sell or retrade them separately from the original unless their design is clearly different from the original.- I do not allow things such as 'breeding charts' and 'breeding slots' that use my designs.

Includes a floating/ shifting effect and an eye blink animation

Additional design parts such as clothing, accessories, wings etc are not extra and will not cost anything additional (unless complex)

£70+ per character

Prices on backgrounds and full scenes are not set as there is so much variation, however if you message me with the ideas you have, I will be able to give you a quote!
